We will make every effort to complete your project within a reasonable timeframe. Our estimated video turnaround times are five to seven business days, and up to 48 hours for photos.
9. Revisions
In adherence to our commitment to delivering exceptional service, REV Productions has implemented a policy of a maximum of one round of revisions for all projects. We understand the importance of fine-tuning and perfecting your real estate video and photo productions to meet your specific needs. Therefore, after receiving the initial draft, you are entitled to provide feedback and request revisions up to one time. We believe this policy strikes a balance between accommodating your preferences and maintaining an efficient workflow. It ensures that we collaborate closely to achieve the desired outcome while respecting project timelines.

Any revisions after the first round will be charged at 10% of the project order value.
